The Common Cause of Family Feuds
One of the many reasons why members of a family fight is inheritance. Usually, siblings fight because of the division of land properties. It is legal that when the head of a family dies, the children will have the legal rights to the property that the family has. The common dispute is the fair division of such properties. However, the authority that a power of attorney form holds in this kind of situation reigns. A child cannot insist the acquisition of a certain measurement of land, if the parents have stated the measurements of land that each child will have. It is a legal document that the state highly respects and it can never be taken for granted. This legal document allows disputes to be settled because it contains the decisions of the owners of the properties. It is very powerful because it can never be acted upon by anybody, including the family members. What they can only do is to comply with what the paperwork states.
